Compare Compatibility Using Astronomy
To compare compatibility using astronomy most people just consult quick and convenient daily horoscopes. Although they can be fun, many lack legitimacy. There is a science behind horoscopes. Traditionally horoscopes are determined by Zodiacs and ancient astrology.
Astrology is still a legitimate recognized science. Today it is simply the study of planetary bodies and their movements. A person’s Western Zodiac is determined by the Sun’s position as Earth makes it’s rotation. Earth’s complete rotation takes twelve months, there are twelve months in a year, during which the Sun appears to move through twelve constellations.
It is believed that the Sun’s location relative to Earth at the time of a person’s birth determines certain traits. Each of the twelve Zodiacs are considered to have an element and a specific set of traits associated with them. Therefore some Zodiacs are incompatible with others.
A similar, though more complex astrological study is applied to the Eastern Zodiacs. These are determined by a person’s birth year rather than birth month and alternate between five elements instead of four. To truly compare compatibility using Zodiacs one should consider both Eastern and Western studies.
Compare Compatibility Using Physical Attributes
A person’s Zodiac isn’t just thought to determine personality traits. Many physical attributes like beauty and athleticism are associated with specific signs. Many modern scientists consider Astronomy to be a pseudoscience. However, Astrologists and Astrobiologists have noted that planetary bodies, their movements, and cosmic events do effect life on Earth.
It is entirely possible that planetary positions influence the formation of our DNA, our body chemistry, our own personal Electro Magnetic fields, and the energies we give off such as our biophotons and phonons. If true, we may be able to recognize these energies on a subconscious level. This might be a factor in natural attraction.
Of course, there are likely external influences that can slightly alter some of these attributes over time. For example, it has been noted that consuming certain substances can alter a person’s body chemistry which can change our natural smell and pheromones. Still, it is my opinion that more studies should be done to observe correlations between natural physical attributes and immediate subconscious attraction.
To compare compatibility using this method requires a great deal of self awareness and study. For example, you may be able to recognize that you find yourself gravitating towards people who smell a certain way or have deeper voices. These are attributes that are often subtle, but consciously noticeable. Of course there are also visual preferences which for many people are the first physical attributes they notice about others. It’s okay to have a type. It’s biological.
Compatibility of the Soul
Sometimes it’s possible to compare compatibility through recognition of kindred spirits. The slow conscious method of simply getting to know someone is well known. Over time habits, hobbies, personal beliefs, and other shared values become consciously evident through interactions.
What’s not so well known is that kindred souls can also recognize one another subconsciously and be drawn to each other. It may be that someone who has been hurt is able to see it and recognize it in another. Or that an excentric personality resonates with another excentric personality immediately upon meeting.
Finding any combination of these things in another person can help to compare compatibility and recognize connections. Think you may have found your soul mate? Maybe make a compatibility checklist with them just for fun. Perhaps some of the previously unnoticed subconscious factors will become consciously recognizable.
